Hello @DeBeast ! I apologize for the inconvenience.
I would like to inform you that this bug is known, however the cause is not and we are working on it! As of now, it seems to come at anyspot near the place you click on the player, so in case of the friend list one, you could try dragging the friendlist to the middle of the screen to be able to click on the options, until it is fixed. Additionally, you can also move the option menu to where you want it.

So whenever I go to right click on someone's name in the chat (say trade chat to message them) the tab that opens to messgae/ friends/ report/ etc always appears mostly offscreen if not completely. this is can seen wehn i decrease the gui scale i can then see the tab. I am wondering if this is a bug or my own settings. I am on a mac client if that matters.
As seen here in the screenshot, (does the same thing for my friend list)
