Rotomonator

My brother just logged back into the game after a long break and is currently stuck. He's unable to post on the forums as the login does not work but seems to work fine in the game client. Username - CookiePanda Server - Red Play Time - 2H49M Join Date - 21-08-15 He logged in a few days ago and was in Pewter City. The issue started with him having: •No Pokemon •No Pokedex •No items in bag (Besides wearing Team Rocket clothes and 40c) When he tried to encounter a Pokemon, it teleported him to Viridian Pokemon Center before the battle screen popped up. Today he managed to walk to Pallet Town in an attempt to fix it however he has previously already chose Pikachu as his starter Pokemon and obtained a Pokedex so he is unable to choose another starter. Additionally, it now seems after entering Oak's laboratory he cannot leave as it prompts him to choose a Pokemon. Clicking the Pokeballs on the table tells him to talk to Oak but no dialog box pops up when attempting to.
