    I defeated the evil guys in Rusturf tunnel, when i talk to the devon corp CEO he only says "I am the boss here, and im rich too". Which means i should already have stevens letter, but when i talk to steven he just says "Im busy come talk to me later". I have tried relogging. I need help Swekmasta
