1.U can't trade jotho or hoenn pkmn with someone that don't have the jotho or hoenn dex (entered/finished the region). 2.Pokemon that evolve by using skills or by trading can also evolve at lvl 100.

U can't ban them if they leave.. i know ppl with a really bad internet connection, so this wouldn't be the best way to handle it. In my opinion the best solution is to don't count it as win and give the leaver a loose..

I don't think that there's a time with no que.. Just wait, while u are in the que u won't get kicked.. If u check all 5min u can get easily on the server.
