My budew is at level 255 for happiness, and it's 10am in game the poke time.. and nothing is happening, I even tried the lossing a battle which drops my happiness by 5 points, and then redo the happiness back to 255 and nothing, my budew is level 34 now... is your game broken???it's frustrating

So I can reach back up to happiness and nothing, I even tried a rare candy 🍬 on the pokemon and nothing, all this during the time of 6am - 6pm what I am doing wrong, I even have the update version of the game, now the time?? Is it 🤨 my time zone or poke time ???
