I want to join a guild I have finished Kanto and now going to face jhoto e 4.

When I first started playing Pokemon revolution there were 3 servers and I was in fire red but then after few months when I updated the game and open it there were 2 servers and my one was missing so what should I do to safely log in with the same server and prevent my progress in the game to be demolished.

I got struck in a cinnabar gym B1F.Can anyone help me to get out of it and return to the Pokemon center.I even login many times and refresh but I struck there and didn't return to Pokemon center.Plz tell me how to return to Pokemon center.
