Good Night Guys, I would like to say that to a Bug in my latios and latias quest when starting it in the initial city of hoenn the reporters are not there, I went to the house I spoke with the tv she mentions a flying blue pokemon that was seen that it would be latios, it turns out that I already got jirachi and I have the requirements to start the quest, following what the TV said I looked for latios on all possible maps that he should appear on, I found the locations here and the latios is not found in none of them, is there anything that can be done to help me maybe fix the quest i wanted to acquire latias, thanks
