Can't connect to server, whole day now

Similar problems too, I got the "cannot connect to server" message everytime i'm logging in. -
Alright, it seems to be a RAM problem, I haven't this problems on my One Plus X, I'm quite disappointed not being able to play this game on a bigger screen, now I should check why nothing happened after clicking on "log in" button.

Same problem with my ASUS Transformer Pad TF103c, i'm unable to load the app, it crashes on loading hats everytime...
