Hi, I completed the main story (screenshot below) and guards are still blocking the path to route 124. I did everything again (Aqua quest and all) but nothing happens, I'd need help please Thanks

Hi, I stopped playing about 2 years ago, after beating Hoenn, Sinnoh and all. Now that I'm back, I discover that route 124 is still blocked by team Aqua / Magma. I went to the Aqua Hideout in Lilycove city and beat the boss anbd his bodyguard once again : nothing happened. I went to Jagged Pass to try and reach the Magma Hideout, but there is only a "breeze" comming out of the entrance, I cannot go in. So I thought I needed to complete Mt. Pyre first, but there's no angry dudes right there, and only two old dudes at the top. I'm guessing I beat them all already... Since I'm tired of crossing the map over and over, I'm asking for help to find a way to route 124. Thanks in advance
