i know that , but my kanto pokemons are in my party and i cannot swap them out , i think thats a bug?

i came to jhoto region from kanto region, its been a while since i played now when im back there are a few pokemons in my party which i caught from kanto (Farfetched lvl11, Eeevee lvl 5, kraby lvl24 , teddiursa lvl27) and i cant move them or swap them please help!
