Besides from the people above me I'd like to also give a tip. There are alot of good guides on the forums that cover your problems. few examples below: There is a guide on how to beat the kanto and johto e4 easily, and there is also a guide on how to get a lvl 80 rattata in like 10-30 mins! Hope this reply helped in some way ;)

I personally really love the idea that rates can be done in help chat, because alot of times I go on battle chat there is no one there to rate pokemons. The other solution would be to have a 'ratings' channel where people can ask for ratings of their pokemons!
