Forretress Spikes Missing in Relearner [SOLVED]

This indeed worked. Although 2000 pokedollars isn't too much, it would be nice to see this issue be fixed to avoid this confusion in the future. -
I went to relearn spikes on Forretress, however it is unable to relearn it. It is also not on the pre-evo learner. Forretress usually learns spikes at 28, so I'm not sure why it is missing.
