I delete all the file, but now it says that my user and password are invalid... I reset my password but nothing has change :( what im gonna do?

Hello :( I tried to play today, but it says I need to download the new version. Once I comolete that It says "sorry there is another version that creates a conflict with the file" I delete theversion, and everything... It is not working... :'(
