Oh, may I know how to start on a new server?

So I started playing PRO a long time ago and then quitted, and so I have forgotten everything about the game. I was wondering whether it would be possible if there was a button or a server where I can start all over again but not removing my old account(or not, I don't really care). If there is already such a thing, please tell me how to do it. Thank you!
