I made a 0.51 contribution and didnt get a mysterious ticket. Pls help

Right before the game disconected i gave a 100+ivs smoochom to the elder to finnish the articuno quest i didnt attack articuno beacuse the game disconected . After i loged in again i was in a pokecentar i went back to articuno but the elder was there asking for smoochom again but i didnt have it anymore i checked pc too. Can you restore it cause it was not easy catching one for the quest.

l accidentaly relised my lvl 100 dunsparce can you restore it pls? im on gold server.
