I guess u could put it that way but Oak wont let me finish this quest no matter how many correct nature charmander or squirtle i shown him. because i chose the 3rd option to train another pokemon. so I was wondering is there any solution to this problem?

I got it from somebody else. but that's not the only thing I did too I catch Myself squirtle with the correct nature and high enough IV but still hving the same issue here

I'm also facing this problem as well, and I have the correct nature and high IV for my charmander. Is there any solution/suggestion to this problem?

but anyway is there like a additional requirement to battle major vlad after beating the first guy?
