Hello guys, I just started to play, and I have learned that in each region you can only use the pokemon witch can be captured in it. I find it a good idea but would like to know if in pvp is possible to use pokemon among all regions.

I'm at home. I've notice that sometime, the server status checker say that the PRO server is online (timeout) and in that moment I can't connect to the server. There is something I can do?
