  1. My PC is now fully updated (at least according to Windows when I checked for updates), and I am not sure what other updates I might need. The same issue is occurring
  2. Just checking in since its been over a month now
  3. Continuing: The issue persists with the 32bit download as well
  4. I can't get my PRO application to fully startup. I have deleted all the files and redownloaded it a couple times now (Windows 10, using the 64bit download), but each time I have, when I startup the application, it only semi-starts. The icon for it will appear on my taskbar at the bottom of the screen, but nothing actually shows up on my screen (just desktop is still visible), and I am unable to click on anything on my desktop, as if the application is indeed open, just invisible and unresponsive. I even tried letting it sit for nearly 10 minutes to see if it was just loading, but there was no change when I did this.
  5. I can download the files for PRO, but after I extract the files and try to start up the actual application, nothing happens. I did this, waited for 30 mins, and my screen stayed on my desktop. The application was open, but nothing appeared on my screen and I was unable to do anything. And no, it wasn't just that I had the application minimized.
