Hello, I just start Hoenn and use Psychics TM on my ralts but it doesnt work, the TM dissapeard from inventory and the poke dont learn the move WTF ?! So i want to know if its a bug or its normal to can't learn high TM move on new poke, my ralts is lvl6. I think its a bug cause i can learn flamethrower to my torchic

Hello guys, their is a "glitch" or something on Johto - Lake of rage, to pass through the cliffs here: https://puu.sh/DeIXE/5497c4b56c.png I was on the ground and use shortcut to use surf and pass, but the glitch don't work only on water, not ground.
