Most of these look real nice :D I suck at working with small things. Har did har. No but really, I do. Not going to try drawing on a tiny little puppet. But good work, to the rest of you!

So, this still happens...: The aftermath:

These 2 maps are not logically connected. Route 17's area counts 12 tiles, while Route 18's area which is adjacent to it, counts only 9 tiles in width. Also, different water texture for the same (connected) body of water. But I already reported that separately.

Route 16 X 48 - Y 14 While walking here, the stairs go behind the player, which should not be the case.

[glow=red]Route 17 - Route 18[/glow] My suggestion: use the water from Route 18. Would also fit Route 17 better, due it being a windy area.

There are Pokemon in the world, running around, that we can interact with to get seen-data or just for kicks. Now, I suggest: [glow=red]Only have overworld Pokemon on a map, that actually spawn on that map.[/glow] Maybe as a hint to what can be caught there, or just for making sense. For example, there's a Corsola here, while none can be caught on the map, which made me think to post this.

These shadows are incorrect. In reality, the fence is planted outside the shadow, and it goes up, not horizontally toward the tree. Therefore, the shadow cannot be cast over the fence. simply because it is not in the same area.

The whole thing (quest and dialogue) restarts, after giving him all the items and receiving HM Fly. Tried and tested, gave items again, received another HM Fly.

Celadon City X 22 - Y 30 I can walk right over/through this fountain.

I'm guessing that's what it is. It looks weird, since it's not moving and the rest of the water is unaffected by it. [glow=red]Route 15 X 72 - Y 8[/glow] Just get rid of it, would be my suggestion/solution.
