I've sent a ban appeal request and I've not been helped I litrally got banned for no reason why is that ? its been like 3 weeks and ive been waiting can someone lift my ban please and thank you Like tbh i was reported by one person that lied and I have proof i hooe this is enough evidence to give me account back that I've worked so hard to complete also before the trade I asked the a staff member to help and they said I didn't do anything wrong so why ban me after ? HELP

I know there's a rule not to post anything about bans on here but I've made a ban appeal it's been months nobody replied I feel like I need help and I support your game so why not take this serouisly and help a fellow gamer out ?
