hello, i write because i just encountered a problem. i was playing on silver server and i have been disconnected suddenly and now i can't loggin anymore , nor on silver or gold. my internet works, and servers are not offline, so i would like what is happening and should i do to resolve this problem. thank you

have you tried changing your password? i did, it kept on not working, but out of despair i tried relogging with the old password and... it worked!!! (knowing that new password works on website but old works on game... :O ) let me know if it works for you

yes you have to go on the Dashboard and merge your accounts. you go on the website, then click "account" and you'll see many infos related to your personnal data, and you ll also find the possibility to merge your accounts if you had a character on blue and red servers, or keep both accounts if you want to. but for further infos i advice you to read the faq forum regarding the merge process in the forum.

Hello, I've started playing a week ago on red (main) and blue server, and I heard about the fusion of the two servers yesterday. i ve downloaded the new version of the game, went to the Dashboard, merged both accounts and kept the red progression as main server. Problem is that now it says that my username or password is invalid. I tried changing my password on the dashboard as you adviced a fellow pokétrainer, but it keeps on not working... (new password logs me on website btw) so I hereby come begging for help :p thank you
