Bump

Hello, I've had 2 accounts with the same username/password on a Yellow and I believe the other one I can't reach now was on Blue. Whenever I login it gets me the save file from the Yellow one (alternative account) on the current Gold server but I cannot reach my other Blue account. Yes I've tried loging on to the Silver server. Is there a solution to this or am is it going to lose all my progress?
