yeah, i got banned while training my pokemon in dragons den then server got locked...no explanation -_-

I was in Dragon's Den training my team to beat Johto Elite 4, fighting a wild Golbat and I got banned!? What did i do wrong? I have been playing this game less than a week and I even stream on twitch.tv under my alias, I never harassed anyone in chat or even traded/sold pokemon...?
