  1. Route 110 still locked after defeating jackson

    So I defeated Jackson and I'm pretty sure after that I should be able to go to route 110, but apparently I still can't continue for some reason. I followed the walkthrough for hooen and I also saw I guide on YouTube but I can't find the issue. Please help
