when i wanted to evolve sneasel i lvl up with rare candy holding razor claw in night from lvl 99 to lvl 100 i clicked yes and its still sneasel but now its lvl 100 Please help

i wanted to evoluate my sneasel so i give him razor claw and i level up him in night by rc from 99 lvl to 100 and system asked me if i want to evolve it into weasel so i clicked yes but somehow it didnt worked and its still sneasel on lvl 100 i need some developer help to bring me sneasel back to 99 lvl and give me back rc cause im poor :D
