I can understand a convenience fee. I mean it takes the annoying part out of using hotspots. But I really don't think 5k is a good price for it honestly. The slight convenience just doesn't seem worth that price. Now I can understand spending what you would typically gain from using a hotspots for 20 minutes. But that number is far less than 5k in most situations.

One thing of note, effort values are rewarded on xp gain. So giving no xp wouldn't really work if pro is programmed to distribute them correctly. However making the mons low level would do the same thing in an ev arena sort of thing.
