  1. New Mauville bug?

    Hi, I seemed to be blocked in New Mauville by 2 Magnetons and can not enter. I'm also blocked from using the teleportation between PC's. I know i did the teleportation quest many moons ago. I have been to every Security Guard at every PC again but nothing happens. Keep being told to speak to the site manager in Wattsons. I have spoken to Wattson in the Gym but just says that i have already beaten him. I've beaten the E4 and area many moons ago. I am now trying to get to Sinnoh by doing the Sinnoh quest but can't progress. Am I missing something that i have been away for so long?
