I have your same problem at the moment, the last guild leader promoted me to the new guild leader and i can't promote higher than member. I hope the Will risolve soon.

Hi,at the moment i'm the guild leader of my guild because the ex guild leader promoted me from member to guild leader. When i got promoted the ex guild leader was member and i tried to promote someone at least to officer but it says that i can't promote this user any higher. I need an help because i need to promote someone to officer and also i need to re promote that guy guild leader.
