Close this thread please I solved the problem and idk how to delete it

The anti virus I use is: System Center Endpoint protection. The windows I use is windows 7 and 64 bit

For the past couple of weeks I couldn't log into pro because every time the patch finished downloading an error came up. I deleted all the game files and reinstalled pro on multiple occasions but it still isn't working.
