+1 Just bought a clefable with great IVs calm and magic guard. However I didn't realize it didn't have moonblast(why??). And now it's stuck without being able to relearn it... Pretty upsetting.

So if a clefable was traded without Moonblast it's completely impossible to get moonblast back? -
