I tried to enter the Viridian city gym, but i got stuck in the doorway and now i can't get out and there is nobody willing to help me by batteling me

I did restart a couple of times and i tried reinstalling and asking people to battle and defeat me, but i can't get out and there is nobody willing to help me.
