If it was a scheduled server reboot then the system sends you messages every certain amount of minutes to let you know how many more minutes you have till the server reboots. Thus if that was the case this would be your fault. Also if it was a crash instead of a reboot, then that would be considered a rollback. Which means there would be now way to retrieve your items back. Also if this was a d/c due to your internet connection, this would mean it has nothing to do with PRO. I was playing normally when the server blue and red fell, without prior warning, when I logged in again they warned of deleted items that were conquered days ago, like my coin capsule, my pokeballs and my masterball acquired the day before in the safari bug.
