There should be a tag 'server select' in the middle of your screen where you can switch. Though do realise that the character data from 1 server does not work on the other. So You'd have to create an account for the blue server aswell. But If you lack this button you might have an old client. Could you perhaps post a screenshot?

You're in the queue most likely. It doesn't show the queue pop-up all the time but due to the growing popularity of the game there tends to be a queue. Press log in and wait for 30 mins-1h that might actually log you in. Or switch to the blue server.
