I read the sticky post and I find a concept for not destroy the hunt, rarity and selling system.
You denied the breeding because these reason, but I find a good way.
What is different from my Concept?
1. Ditto is not usable.
2. Parents must pairing with the same Pokemon. (Charmander Female + Charmander Male not others)
3. We lose parent pokemon, if we take the egg. (Two parent pokemon will produce only one egg )
4. The Egg Pokemon is not useable for breeding, but you can sell it.
IV, Nature and Ability
1. Random calculated IV between the highest IV and lowest from the parent pokemon.
2. If the parent Pokemon have different Ability. 50% to get one from the parent
3. If parent Pokemon have different nature. 50% to get one from them.

EGG hatch
An egg will hatch over a period of time. The length of time depends on the Rarity.
T1-4 Pokemon 2 Day (48h)
T5-7 Pokemon 4 Day (96h)
t8-9 Pokemon 6 Day (144h)
Membership reduce the Time about 50%
Why I think this won't hit the economy from this game?
1. People still hunting Pokemon, because the good IV.
You still need good Pokemon to increase the chance to get good IV's.
Example
If you use a pokemon with 10 atk and a pokemon with 31 atk, you don't have a 100% to get a 31 IV.
You need two Pokemon with 31atk IV to get a 100% Chance of 31.
2. No mass prouction of Eggs
The rarity is not gone. You need two rare pokemon to get another rare pokemon, but you lose your parent pokemon.
If you are not happy with the result, you need to catch new Pokemon again or buy them.
3. Economy
People have more choices of different kind of Pokemon and lower their demand.
I have over 700h in this game and the most people searching good Pokemon that called epics. Epics are super rare to see and the most player don't want decent Pokemon.
If i sell epics they are very fast gone, but decent pokemon are not needed for many player. To sell a decent Pokemon you need weeks or sell it for a super low price.
At this Point people will buy decent Pokemon, Synch fail Epics or Pokemon with good IV and nature, but the wrong Ability.
Epic Pokemon but fail synch = Delete
Right Synch bad IV = Delete
Wrong Ability Epic = Delete
With the breeding System like that, we have these Pokemon for the Market.
The actually trade chat is like sell good epics or full trash for dex.
4. Good for Pvp
The most player hunt Meta Pokemon with the same ability and nature.
You can't really create your own individual Pokemon Team, because nobody will help you at this Point.
Example
Nobody will farm Dragonite modest or a Timid garchomp, but with the Breeding system like that we have a 50% chance for what you want. You farm 50% for yourself and the other 50% the commnunity.
You have a Dratini modest and someone sell a good adamant dratini, then you have a chance of a good modest dratini, because the 50% chance from the breeding system.
I want to play PvP, but I still don't have the right Pokemon with good iv. I have a big Bugdet of money to buy godly Pokemon, but after 700h still nothing on the market. I see People they search about month for good Pokemon and don't find anything and people with individual wishes have no choice of their dream team.
One of the End Game on this Game is PvP or Boss Battle and we need some good Pokemon.
