Ravensworen

When I battle with my snorlax and use hyper beam he has to recharge which I know is normal but it's suppose to take one turn to recharge. When I use it though I never recharges he attacks it's says he needs to recharge. Then I never get to atttack again until he dies and I chose another pokemon and they get to attack.
