    And I can't login to silver server to create a new character too but I use the same account for gold server

    Hello I just merged my red account and transferred to Gold server. When I login I was at Viridian town with no pokemon. Then I go back to Professor Oaks lab but nothing happened when I interact with him. When I interact with pokeball it said that I have to talk to him first and I cant leave his lab. I have closed my client completely and started it again but still facing the issue. My English is not good. Thank you Regards,
