my character went up on a rock climb without the skill and got stuck on the spot. I have no more escape rope

Sorry for the inconvenience, this would be an NPC bug not a map bug. It may just be something wrong with your client. Did you try restarting or redownloading the client?

Okay, this is normal for android users since it requires a mouse to hover over the cities on the mini-map. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is not considered a mapping bug. Hopefully this answers your question though.

Bottom of Route 37, this tile to enter Route 36 wont send you down. You can come up from 36 and it will put you on this tile.

sorry for your inconvenience. This is not a map bug. I assume it's resolved now, but if it happens again try the steps mentioned above. These include: using an escape rope, losing to another player in a battle, reloging, etc..

Mantine is said to be found in route 41 according to the pokedex, but it does not show up on the top right as a pokemon that can be encountered.
