Ty, i did it but I didn´t dare to up level to my riolu cause it is at 99. So, if i grow its last level, it will evolve?

I think it is bugged cause I had raise its level to 99, gave him berrys for redistribute the iv (or ev?), figth with him to grow iv, walk everywere with him and he have soothe bell with him too and his happiness is at the same place, don´t grow up. And i can´t do it evolve... Any solution, please?

Yes, but our worry is because the servers looks on in status. Then we dont know if the trouble is our or is the server
