Hello there! It's a common issue for the starters of Sinnoh to not show. Have your friend relog into the game and it should fix it.
He did everything. You can tell me what to do i also have access to his account.

My friends game is stuck in sinnoh while choosing starter no starter Pokemon and professor is apearing there.
