i want to find a guild for victini quest

i fight latias and latios,3 regis,groundon,kyogre and rayquaza,then i go to the moon.but on the clip i saw they fight mega latios and latias.i just fight them in normal form,is that sth bug

yes,i have checked all the place like video on youtube to find the legend poke but it didnt work

yeah i did,but for rayquaza,kyogre and groundon show that i have caught them

yes,i just reach 210 evole before i started the quest

yeah,i catch mew,celebi and entei already,i have all hoenn data too

i have followed some clip on youtube about jirachi quest but im still unable to catch jirachi,what should i do
