Is there no difference between starting pikachu and catched wild pikachu?

So you're saying that now that i have starting pokemon of wrong gender i cant start again on the same server where all my friends play with the same name? I wanted to re-create Ash journey but seems i can't do it in this game cos of bad luck and i cant start again. Seemed like a nice game but i guess i have to get my pokemon yellow out of the closet.

How do you delete this thread and do you know how long it takes for my account to be deleted?

There should be option to choose your starting pokemon gender or at least to reset account so you can start again.. How long do i have to stop playing this for my account to reset ? Half a year? I want a certain account name and a certain starting pokemon gender and as pokemon fans you should understand this. this is so stupid I really wanted to play this game.
