Ty, just received an email from PayPal confirming my account was restored. So this thread can be closed. I'll try and get ahold of a staff member and let them know. But I'm sure they do already.

Idk how to contact a mod about it ( Nikola was who contacted me) to let them know what I need to go do. Issue will be resolved today.
