I reinstall the game. And It worked! I can get the bottle. Thanks for the help!

Hi im in Goldenrod city I deafeated the gym beat whitny. I ecounter sudowoodo and I think ohh okay i go back to goldenrod flower shop and get the bottle. but in the flower shop the npc that gives you the bottle is not there. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
