For people that have a hard time at the start of the game, restricted to new players. Equalized exp gain in comparison to solo to prevent abuse. Basically two people teaming up and dropping Pidgeys like.. Pidgeys. For a looong time. It could encourage new players to stay through the beginning that might have otherwise given up and gone to.. well, no names but somewhere else. Not that I would personally, I love the look right from the start in comparison to others I've seen, and the lack of lag in my swag. Not to mention to inclusion of storyline details. I don't know why I'm not mentioning it though, it's an important part.
