I have a seadra that i want to evolve into Kingdra, so I went out, catching a whole ton of Seadras and Horseas trying to find a dragonscale, but none where to be found. With no more pokéballs, a wallet full of nothing, and a wish to obtain a Kingdra, I am asking for some help. If I could borrow a dragonscale to evolve my Seadra with, I would be absolutley thrilled!
