I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.   2. Hey everyone! So I first signed up to this game in 2016, I played it a fair bit, and progressed to the Johto region (the furthest in the game at the time). I haven't played the game in a long time and finally downloaded it again just now, when I logged in to my account, I first noticed there are 2 server options, I tried to log in to Silver, but it said something about linking my profile, I then attempted Gold and it has logged in for me, the only issue is that it has started a brand new game for me, and I have now lost all the progress I had made when I first played, I had spent a bit of money on cosmetics and VIP passes back in the day, and had picked up some really nice high IV Pokemon, is there any way of me re obtaining my progress from 2016?
  3. Okay, so I downloaded the new client "Pro_64_94" and now it just doesn't respond when attempting to log in, nor does it display the online user count

I was able to play on the server perfectly fin with no issues at all What have you already tried to solve the problem? Resetting my modem, resetting my computer, restarting the client, waiting for an hour to log in, waiting a day before trying to log in again Description and Message So basically, since the client/server was updated to hold a capacity of 1900 as opposed to it's original capacity of 1800, I have not been able to connect to the server when I attempt to log in. I'll enter my details, hit the log in button the client will say "logging in" and then nothing happens, I've waited for as long as an hour to log in and still nothing.. Just wondering if anyone else has had or has this issue and knows anyway to fix it? Would be greatly appreciated!

Checked for driver updates, Closed all unnecessary processes, reduced all internet usage Description and Message I haven't been able to log in since last night, every time I click "log in" the client stops responding so I close the client re-open and repeat
