Smack Down doesn't take the opponents Flying-type away, as it should and says in its description. And I either have the weakest Arcanine ever or Retaliate doesn't hit for 140 base power after a death switch-in. I do think it's the latter. Something else, it'd be much clearer if it says when Sleep Powder misses when it does, instead of saying it has no effect. This way I can never be sure if the Pokémon has some sort of ability that prevents it from sleeping or if the attack actually missed. Edit: Also, would be nice if you didn't have to dismount at security houses around Saffron. Edit 2: Thunder Stone sprite in the Power Plant doesn't disappear after picking it up.

That's not a bug, that's just a mechanic. If you feel like Venusaur is too strong, get a Venusaur counter. You could also have a Lum berry on some Pokémon or bring your own grass-type, as those aren't affected by both Sleep Powder and Leech Seed. I'd say get a Venusaur since you consider it to be so strong. Keep in mind Sleep Powder can miss though.
