    Hey, I'm following the steps through the manaphy quest, and I've come to the black ship in Lilycove city, but I get intercepted by these baffoons and they dont let me pass? Is there a step missed in the quest guide? I've double checked the steps and spent the money for the ship 4 times to make sure I did everything step by step in the tutorial.
