I'm at home and with excellent reception, also good with data, and not in proxy. I've used both regular and wifi with no success

For android, it says "can not connect to server" I have again deleted and re downloaded the game. Still with failed attempt

I have deleted and restarted the game multiple times, it says its unable to connect to server
